The programme will be extended until June 2013 .The participants who are currently training at their agency will remain assigned with their agency.The extension letter will be distributed to the participants through the agency early July .

The State Government has decided to extend the programme for another 2 years starting 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2013. The participants of the programme will be issue a new offer letter with the new Terms and Conditions in due time. A new agreement with the participant agencies also be signed at a later date.

Please Update your attendance
The secretariat wish to inform all supervisors for the Capacity Building for Graduates Program (CBG) that all attendance lists of the participants under their supervision must be submitted on 21st of every month with effect from 1 June 2010. Submission can be done online through the CBG Application available through CBG SYSTEM.
Late submission may caused the non-paying of allowance to the participants. The cooperation of all supervisors are greatly required and appreciated.

All participants are entitled to paid 7 days sick leave and annualleave per year of completed training based on the following calculation:
| a) Each Months of completed training = 1/2 day leave | ||
| b) 3 Months of completed training = 1 1/2 day leave |
Leave application must be submitted within 3 days period.

Due to the difficulties to access to the CBG System, the Secretariat provides a manual to help users to access to the system.

The Secretariat wish to inform all supervisors and participants for the Capacity Building for Graduates Programme that the evaluation of participant's performance must be submitted every 3 months. This evaluation is an important activity under the CBG Programme to ensure the objectives of the CBG Programme are met.
The evaluation can be done by filling in the Competencies Evaluation Form and submit to Secretariat at fax number 082-311140/082-449490.

Orientation
Orientation Programme has been introduce for Capacity Building for Graduates Sarawak (CBG) participants, to trained the participants in presentation skills, team work and communication skills in order to enhanced their skills and knowledge. This programme is "in-house programme", where the food and accommodation will be provided during the orientation period. Attandance is COMPULSORY for the participants selected.
